Conversations With You

Not having visited India in over two years I experienced intense longing – for the warmth of familiarity, to experience moments in person and the everyday banter. I had asked my sister to discretely record my family’s evening conversations. In a desperate attempt to insert myself into these conversations, I printed the sound wave, and drew around it – creating a whole new conversation. One that is not audible but visual.
